- Look up parts for use by technicians in customer vehicles for repair/maintenance
- Answer phones for customer and wholesale questions/orders
- Accurately price and fill service and customer orders
- Assist management in maintaining a clean and accurate inventory
- Obtain and maintain certifications for manufacturer required training
- Perform work tasks as assigned by management team
- Work as a part of the team to insure the best experience for everyone
